S380 0.20mm Hot Dip Galvalume Steel Coils Chromated Surface Treated
For galvanized coils, the thin steel plate is immersed in the
molten zinc bath to make the surface of the zinc-thin steel plate
adhere. It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing
process, that is, the coiled steel sheet is continuously immersed
in a galvanized bath with the molten zinc to make galvanized steel
sheet; an alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate
is also manufactured by the hot dipping method, but immediately
after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an
alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint
adhesion and weldability.
Alu-zinc coating steel is produced through applying AL-Zn coat on
both faces by hot dip process. It enjoys both the physical
protective feature and durability of AL and the electrochemical
protective property of Zn
